Cee Cee McQuay, CPP– Cee Cee is a native Marylander and was raised on Kent Island. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Salisbury University in 2012 and is a Certified Payroll Professional. She currently resides in Cordova, MD with her three beautiful daughters, husband, and 2 dogs. She enjoys traveling, boating, and crabbing with her waterman husband in her spare time.

Emmy Pilkerton, CPP– Emmy is an Eastern shore native and now resides in Centreville with her husband, three children, and German Shepherd, Chase.  Emmy has been with APS since 2015 and is a Certified Payroll Professional.  In her free time, she enjoys a sunny pool & beach day, taking her kids to the park, going for a walk around town, and the very elusive, quiet moment with a good book.

Kelly Moxley– Kelly has been with APS since 2005 and is extremely knowledgeable with multi- state payrolls. She has over 20 years of payroll experience. In her free time Kelly loves to read, camp, and hit the beach. She loves spending time with her husband, kids, and grandchildren.

Jerri Mears – Jerri has 25 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, and payroll support roles.  She enjoys time with family, cooking, gardening, and cycling.  Her husband, 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren love spending time together.  Jerri resides in Rock Hall, MD and enjoys time boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
