I've worked with APS twice now and both times have been a breeze. I researched Gusto, ADP, and other services, and we almost went with a larger company/app but liked the responsiveness and local knowledge Emmylou and her colleagues provide.
If you're clueless like me they will walk you through what's needed, with no judgement for asking questions, plus setup with APS much easier and straightforward than their competitors.
